Great food. Great location. Really good customer service. Coffee is always fresh. Bagels, muffins and other pastries are always super fresh and delicious! I definitely recommend this franchise!

Bagels were pretty close to NY style. A little more lighter and not as doughy. Got a good portion of cream cheese. Staff was friendly but very busy! I would stop again.

Excellent bagels that are very fresh. However the service is slow. I don’t recommend getting the breakfast bagel because the egg and bacon are just microwaved. Same with the wraps. Just stick with a bagel with cream cheese, it’s just as filling.

I grew up in South Windsor and have lived across the US at this point- I have yet to find a bagel that beats Between Rounds. I’m serious when I say- please let me know how I can help you open a location in Austin, TX because we desperately need you. A few years ago my mom came to visit me, and she wanted to surprise me with my favorite bagels. This location was sold out, but a woman here actually made a fresh batch just so my mom could buy a dozen for me. This review is so long overdue, but thank you, and I think about you guys all the time and every trip home I stop by. (I’m serious- please let me know if I can ever help you expand to Austin!!!)
