EDITED REVIEW: After the below happened, the owner called to apologize and put me in touch with a very nice account rep, Daisy. They both have been very helpful and I have not had a single problem since. They even allowed me to put a credit card on file so there would never be a problem with payments again. The owner cares about his business and customer service and it shows.Thanks! Very poor communication and customer service. I have been ordering water supplies from them for almost 5 years. I always have to follow up to get invoices emailed, find out where my order is and correct their accounting when they charge me twice for an order that was sent back because it was wrong. Today they tell me that tried to call me but the number was busy, really, who gets a busy signal these days? Funny that they never seem to get a busy signal when they call me every single week trying to get me to place an order. Today they delivered only one of 2 of my orders and since I had a check ready for both orders, they said they would just take it back since I wasnt willing to give them a check for almost 3 times the amount owed. They would not let me send a check and seemed unconcerned. Thanks but I'll look for water supplies elsewhere.

Alpha Investment

If you have not learned from reading all the other reviews, do not order from them!! We ordered from them back in February. Our order came and was destroyed, so we had FedEx return the shipment. (which came a month after we ordered it). I reached out to their company to let them know we had returned our items, with pictures of the items. A month later we received a new shipment, with the wrong items in it. I called and let them know, but we had to keep them, because we were two months out from our order date and needed the inventory. From there they charged our account three times. Once for the price of goods and shipment. The second one was for their ew shipping fee\. and the third for our replacement items, which were still wrong. After that I have talked with someone from their accounting depart each month about how they had messed up our order and were double charging us! They continued to call and email each month for this outstanding fee. We talked with everyone there telling them about out story and how we do not owe them any more money. They would say that they would mark it on their file and leave us alone. And now we are in August and I am still dealing with them over a fee that we didn't even have!!!! Needless to say we are still sitting with the wrong product, and being bothered for balance we do not owe. *Also they do not call or email back ever! And have the worst customer service!!!
