So after acknowledging how well the team members return calls and emails as well as finding possibilities for customer satisfaction I give CT SCOOTER PROS a5 star for an overall great service. Some of the team members I interacted with was Kyle , Steve and Michelle. Kyle was really great with attending emails , every email got responded. Michelle called back to every phone called I made. Steve was very good at explaining the answers to a lot of question I had. All of this made my experience with my new Wolf Brand Budgy great. I would definatley recommend them.

Went there for a four wheeler for my son for Christmas only 3 days prior to day. When I called initially, a really nice man named Steve answered. He was very informative, and to my surprise had a couple left to sell in stock. Told him I would be there in soon to check them out. He and Michelle are so amazing and offered their advice whenever needed, which i think is an amazing and that definitely sealed the deal. Not to mention the guys in the shop, they are friendly and pointed things out that I definitely was clueless about... .Good feels! Got her home and started her right up. I highly recommend them

An absolutely excellent experience! Kyle and his team were very helpful and courteous. They expertly answered every question I threw at them which made me feel confident in my scooter purchase. They even expedited the paperwork and scooter prep so I could leave with my new scooter same day!! I will definitely be coming back in the future and relying on their services!
