Came out to diagnose within 1 day of contacting. Did not charge a diagnostic fee and quickly identified the problem. Very experienced professional that charges far lower than others. I will use Doug for all appliance repairs moving forward. Don't get taken by a bigger chain, Doug knows his stuff and will not overcharge!

Doug came on time. Brought a new fuse along with him. To fix our dryer not enough heating. He was in and out in 30 mins. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend Doug's service. Thank you Doug.

Doug was responsive, on time, fair and explained everything. He actually cared how inconvenient our situation was, even though I’m sure he’s experienced the issue thousands of times in his decades of experience! I will definitely recommend him to others and call him again when I need a reliable repair (but hope I won’t have to!).
