It's not what you think. Only aloud to have two cars. Pay for cats and dogs. Pay 489.00 each month for them to take care in winter spring summer and fall. Add that up for one year! That way too much money to pay for what they do!

I have a friend who lived here since 1983....I've known her for 12 years this place is SAFE for 55 And very well managed!! Its a clean place (grounds) are maintained & pretty much people know each other!! I would move there if there was a empty mobile home opened up too rent with option too buy!!!

Great land scape.
Much space people keep yards tidy clean & upkeep is asked by all pulling together!! Also notice tight knit community means that it's all look out for one and other!!!
