We have been leasing an apartment here on a temporary basis for the past 5 months. The leasing staff, particularly Rocio, have been so courteous, helpful, and responsive. The maintenance crew is prompt and keeps the building looking new and operating well. Very convenient location, too. Highly recommended.

I don't know what other reviewers are talking about when they say the residents are rude here. The residents are fine. Many of the residents look over 50 and don't make much noise. My time here has been pretty average. There's nothing really great or bad about this place. I would not consider it a luxury apartment complex. There needs to be more amenities and a little bit of a wow factor to be luxury. I wouldn't recommend living here. There's better value out there, and the rent is a little high for what you are getting.

We are living here between selling our house and having one built. After searching for apartments in the area we chose Arrive Town Center. It is a very nice place and we really enjoy living here. The office staff has been wonderful. Sufficient parking and garages are available. I would highly recommend!

I enjoy living at Arrive Town Center. It's a great community with spacious modern apartments. The new company is doing a great job with the updates. Anthony has a great response time when completing work orders and Kelsey in the office is always willing to help us with anything we need. You can tell they really care about the property. Overall we really enjoy calling Arrive Town Center home!

The worst place to live honestly. The staff shows zero compassion for residents and the residents are not very kind :( they never say hi and I got yelled at in the elevator for forgetting to press the button. this is an awful place to live please don’t live here!
