I give balloon lab 4 of 5 stars. I had a last minute request for an arrangement for my wife's birthday and the arrangement turned out to be what I had ordered. I also give them credit for doing this request during the pandemic of covid 19. The only issue I had was that some of the balloons deflated less than a day after getting them as you can see in my attached photos some of them sunk to the floor. Also present in the photos I attached is the dust on the balloons. It was as if they sat in a garage for a while which may also have led to the deflation. The price was 140 due to 100 minimum order requirement. The balloons with confetti inside and balloons inside a balloon were unique.

Recently purchased some centerpieces from BalloonLab and it was kind of last minute arrangement as I had made up my mind last second. They delivered the balloons and installed them right onsite, very quickly. Everything was delivered correctly and on time, I was impressed from start to finish. Great team to work with, I highly recommend working with them.

Balloon Lab went above and beyond to make my event a huge success. Alex from Balloon Lab was wonderful to work with and helped me plan a great office party. I have used them twice so far and have been completely satisfied both times. The staff at Balloon Lab was punctual and organized. They had every aspect planned out in advance and took care of everything. Their organization and planning skills took a lot of pressure off of me and made my events more enjoyable. I plan to use them again in the future and would highly recommend Balloon Lab for any type of event.
My husband and I recently used Balloon Lab for our sons first birthday party. Alex from Balloon Lab was very creative, fun to work with and yet very professional. We had no idea what we wanted but with his help we were able to come up with a great idea for the party. He helped us create colorful centerpiece and balloon columns that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The Balloon Lab staff worked their magic in making our sons first birthday a memorable one. Their creativity and design work were beyond our expectations. They followed through and delivered on all their promises. The kids were able to take the balloon centerpieces home which they absolutely loved. I would highly recommend Balloon Lab and will definitely continue to use them for all our future events.
