The bookstore is fine and the staff at the store is okay, BUT the staff at the Starbucks within the bookstore is HORRIBLE!!!! The teenage girls who work there are SO Rude and standoffish. They make horrible drinks (often with no sugar in them) and will rip you off. I wish I was making this up but I’ve been there 3 times now (usually for work) and it’s been the same every time. I’ve often seen them treat multiple people the same way so this isn’t an isolated incident. I think professional staff needs to replace these rude and incompetent ladies working there at the moment.

This was first time in the store since it was moved from the mall. I love the new lay out. Having every thing on one floor is awesome. The people who work there were friendly. The person that was our checker seemed a little robotic but it is Christmas time.
