Fixed a weird mishap very easily! Ordered some yarn...got notice it was ready to pickup followed at same time with a cancellation of part of order. Pickup curbside, her home to find part of it missing. Called and was told to come in to figure it out. Went in and it was settled in about 5 minutes! Kudos Kathy!!!

I would give Joann 5 stars but lately the store I always go to is seemingly going out of business (Vernon Hills). I'm only saying this because their store is looking quite bare and have been disappointed the last couple times I've went in. I hope this not true because Joann is one of my favorite places to go for fabric and crafting. What I've also noticed is that they a little section for people interested in Cosplay. They had material (Eva Foam?) to make armor of some sort. I thought that was pretty cool for Joann to be keeping up with the times. I mean, there are a myriad of crafting and diy videos that inspire people to get creative. Moreover, If you get their app you can get awesome discounts and coupons. No, I do not get paid to write this.

Great black Friday sales,calm cashiers even with long lines. Great selection many 50-70 percent off fabrics and many buy one get two free deals. Great time to stock up on essentials.
