I'm willing to take the risk of buying returned merch that may potentially be damaged or unusable. I think a lot of people really overbid for this stuff, but whatever. Anyway I went today to pickup the first item I've won and they couldn't find it in the warehouse. So I drove all the way to Vernon and back (over an hour round trip) only to come home empty handed. And I have to be the one to request the refund, nobody at the warehouse could start the refund process for me. Disappointing. Definitely would not take the risk for larger items that would require me to rent a truck to haul.

Open your package before leaving! I won a dining room set on their auction site and swung by to pick it up. Oddly it was too large and I requested their preferred vendor Goshare to pick it up. The delivery fee was 80 and when I opened the box instead of a dining room table I've gotten a headboard for a bed. I doubled checked the lot number on my invoice and what was on the box which matched. It's obvious Loveseat had made a mistake but they don't have a customer service phone line so I had to email them and wait a day for a lackluster response. Now I'm told I would be responsible for the delivery fee and I need to return the item to get a refund. This item is a 80 lb box that I had delivered because I couldn't fit it in my car. Loveseat has deceptive practices with unethical customer service. They won't own up to their mistakes.

I had given this place a 5* review years ago. Now that they swtiched from a physical store to a site where you can bid on items from an auction site, I have changed to 1*. The format is really poor for actually buying items you want and their customer service is terrible. Website is poorly designed. No place to actually see what you are bidding on. Stay away and buy from other stores. * Thanks for replying. I had contacted your customer service many times, each time with no positive response! I am well aware of what you sell and how you do it.

A beautiful tufted King bed came up at auction. I was a little nervous at first since it was still in the box in the pictures. i set my alarm, bid and won. My bed is beautiful! I saved a few hundred off the retail price. Pick up was easy from their warehouse. I waited til the afternoon to avoid the morning rush. Now Im hooked. I check the auction every week. I'm kicking myself I didnt bid on more items before. There are some gorgeous pieces that come up. This place is legit, go ahead and bid.

I recently purchased some vintage stools from Loveseat.com. I won a matching pair for 150! Everywhere else online sold these vintage stools for 130 each! I'm so happy! It was my first time registering, winning and purchasing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some great furniture for their home :)
