HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE WORST PLACES IVE EVER ORDERED FROM THEY LIED TO PRETTY MUCH THE WHOLE TIME I WAS DEALING WITH THEM THEY TOLD ME 2 WEEKS IN TURNED INTO ABOUT 6 WEEKS AND THE PRODUCT WAS NOT RIGHT THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WERE GONNA TAKE CARE OF IT BUT THEY DIDNT. WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM THEY SAID NO PROBLEM THEY HAD ANOTHER SET THERE AND THEY WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM AND THEN OVER NIGHT THEM THEY NEVER DID MY TOW TRUCK WAS DOWN FOR MEMORIAL WEEKEND WHERE I LOST A GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY CAUSE OF WHAT THEY TOLD ME I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYBODY TO USE THIS COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Venum has great quality products with AWESOME customer service. I've placed numerous online orders and my shipment has always arrived sooner than expected. If you are interested in purchasing fight gear, there is no better brand than VENUM. Thank you LEO for the great customer service.

Venum has good products but their shipping time and customer service is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY ONLINE, you will be waiting 2 weeks for your merchandise. Then when you try to get a hold of them another joke. They are rude and slow to respond. The best is I complained so they blocked me from ordering from them. This company obviously isn't interested in feedback from an upset customer. Step your game up and run your company a little more efficient and you won't have the complaints. They have now called and threatened me if I don't take down this review the will sue me for defamation. So not only did they call to threaten me, but never once called to see what the real issue was. Last time I looked a bad customer experience with a company wasn't defamation. I have emails and receipts to back up what I'm saying.

I come here often to personally pick up orders since I live close by. Everyone is always helpful and even let me come into the office to wait sometimes when they are a little busy. This warehouse is a lot bigger than the one they had in lawndale. Glad that business is going well for this amazing company and one of my favorite brands.
