This is one of the best thrift stores I've ever been in. I am fortunate enough to live nearby and visit this place often. It is huge and fairly recently was expanded upon. It is now the size of two warehouses laid out in an \L\ shape. They have everything you need to make your house a home, including, but not limited to, couches and chairs, dining room sets, desks, chandeliers, filing cabinets, hardware, major appliances, antiques, costume jewelry, books and bookshelves and so much more. I never know what I will find what I walk in. And the best part is that they always have something on sale, and items that have been on the floor for more than 30 days gets marked down 25%, and more than 60 days gets 50%, and 90 days gets 75% off!! We got our dining room table and chairs, a nice table with carved wood accents and 8 chairs for about 375, marked down from considerably higher.

Wow! For claiming to “help those in need,” the prices of items at the ReStore doesn’t reflect their vision! See the photos of KIDS bikes below for proof. This bike in particular didn’t cost their asking price BRAND NEW! I guess if I was trying to save money on Christmas presents for my kids, the habitat ReStore is not the place to shop. Also, the prices of many other items in the store were jacked waaaaaaay up! They had a set of ANCIENT Bose headphones from the early millennia days, and said they were 499 dollars, but were offering them for an absolute STEAL at 150. See photos for proof. Overall, habitat for humanity seems to be a group of self confident con artists who are focusing more on the money and their own self profit rather than trying to help those in need. I will no longer be donating, shopping, or volunteering for the ReStore. I’d like to see them respond to me, and try to disprove this evidence.

There are always wonderful surprises to be found at Habitat. Have donated and shopped there for several years. Wonderful people work there.
