My bichon frizé who has being a patient for 6 years was always receiving great care. I brought him to dr Charles because he was scratching himself to bleeding, he was diagnosed and treated for allergies Twice medicated, he got much worst, now it has being a month and medicated for something he didn’t have I called to talk to him and his wife refused, she wanted me to bring him back or else!!! Insensitive to my situation, I went and got a second opinion and found out he had fleas very badly bitten. After 6 years being his patient he won’t even have the courtesy to talk to me. I referred lots a clients to him. What a way to treat a long term patient

Dr. Witte and his staff take such great care of my kittens. He is patient with answering all my questions and always gives me thorough explanations. The staff make follow-up calls to check on the cats and are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this practice and wouldn't consider taking my pets anywhere else!
I work at an Animal Hospital and called to get records for a mutual client, something we do daily in our line of work. The receptionist, Autumn, answered and hung up immediately when she heard the clients name. I called again wondering if it was a mistake and she hung up without even answering this time. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Receptionists are the first interaction you have with a business. They give out the clinics first impression, and this one was POOR. I would not recommend this business to anyone, no one under any circumstances should be kept from receiving their pets medical records, especially due to a hateful receptionist. No one should work in this field if they are unable to set their unresolved feelings aside for the benefit of an animal in need of care.
Dr. Witte is not only extremely educated in his field, but a compassionate and trustworthy vet. Also, Autumn at the front desk is WONDERFUL and so helpful. (:
