The verona store is AWFUL! The associates are extremely careless. Out of the 7 suits ordered 5 were incorrect. We have used Sarno’s in the past and no issues. Seems like this location is the problem. Please hire COMPETENT people. Don’t add more stress to people. After the experience I have had I will never use another Sarno.

I was very disappointed with my experience. Out of candor this was a rush job as I was attending a black tie in San Francisco and needed the tux with only 2 days turn around time. However, the person who helped me, who was very nice, said he could do it. Unfortunately, the jacket was too tight and they forgot to include the vest. So I contacted them when I got back to NJ. The manager in Verona, Mike, called me and we spoke and he said he would speak to management about giving me a credit and call me back. I never heard from him again. I sent two emails to follow up and never heard from them again. I won't be back and am very disappointed that they never got back in touch with me and never gave me any credit. However, I need to edit this to add that subsequent to me sending an email that the level management, they did correct the situation and posted a full credit to my credit card. Thank you for doing the right thing.
I went to a bridal show at the Pines Manor where Dante Tuxedo presented a great fashion show of the different suits / tuxedos that are offered through this company and I was very impressed at how sleek and formal the options were ...so I booked with them and I have experienced good customer service
