I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I was fresh out college, new to the OH, only had enough money for 1 apartment application, and 1 day to find the perfect apartment. The ladies in the office gave me so much information about the area and were so honest, even recommended other places to me. But I ended up back there. I ended up signing a place going off their word and a floor plan. The owner wasn’t in town and I only had that day to find something. Fast forward to moving in and I LOVED IT!!!! It was so much space!! Like every room! The property was always nice and they shoveled in the winter. Only time I called maintenance was for a thermostat issue but they came the next day. Beautiful & clean place with nice people.

I stayed here for almost 3.5 years and these were some of the best apartments that I’ve ever stayed at. Pros: The neighborhood is quiet, and I guess that’s just because this is in North Canton. All of my neighbors were pretty relaxed and I have never had a single issue with them. You also get your own covered garage – this turns out to be the best feature come winter time. The interior of the apartment was very nicely made, roomy, and with new cabinets. The kitchen was very large and with plenty of room to store food in the extra-large pantries. My apartment didn’t have washer & dryer connections, but this wasn’t an issue since there were three laundry rooms that were attached to each building; extremely convenient, and a mere 20 feet from my unit. Any maintenance issues I had were promptly taken care of, and the staff followed up to make sure that everything went well. Cons: The floor squeaked a bit from the upstairs neighbors when they walk around, but this is to be expected with any apartment out there. Lastly, the only thing that I didn't like was that the balcony doors were poorly insulated and you could feel the wind coming through during the winter months.
