I contacted Nutra Ag to order feed for the first time and was very upset about the way I was treated. The owner, Lester, contacted me regarding the following post: [Maybe if you are a man you can deal with these guys but I definitely do not recommend this place if you are female!!! Please go somewhere else and get some respect !] Lester was apologetic and assured me that the person I spoke with on the phone was an employee that would be reprimanded. He offered to discount my order and said he would like my business if I would give Nutra Ag a chance to make things right. I very much appreciated his effort to correct the issue and agreed to order my mixed feed after all. I feel I must change my one star initial review because of his dedication to making his business as customer friendly as he personally can. It's just too bad this particular employee answered the phone on my first call to order feed. Had I talked to Lester the first time, my review would have been much different.
