Brought our Rogue in for service and contacted new/used car dept. in advance to facilitate meeting during service. On arrival they were completely unprepared and wanted us to remain in the showroom an unreasonable period of time especially during the pandemic! Finally got a quote as we were \escaping\. Overall, I would liken the experience to playing three card monte.

I had recently visited (Nissan service at vestal, NY) for my Nissan Quest 2016 radiator replaced. The parts price was different then the actual price but one of the member of the service department overcharged me, she is totally unprofessional, I had told her that the price is different then the actual price but she denied but I had to talk to someone else and she refund my money. Since the radiator replaced there is a same issue but I talk to the same person and she asked for diagnostic fees, that’s ridiculous. Matthew’s Nissan has good reputation but when you have bad employee, then a it’s problem. I hope they will understand. They shouldn’t ask for diagnostic fees. They should ask me at the time was replaced the radiator
