We will NOT be going back. We drove an hour and a half to get there. We sat in the car for an hour in the heat after checking in. When they finally came for our doggo they did call us back quickly, so I guess that's a good thing. After paying 80 for them to simply look at our dog, it took 30 minutes for them to give us our dog back! Horrible and miserable experience.
