What a blessing to find VEI when our chocolate lab began going blind. His cataracts were diagnosed and a surgery date was scheduled. We were amazed that Dr. Warren and his team were so considerate, involved and reassuring. We were comfortable that the outcome would be the best possible and that was all we could ask for. The surgery went well and we returned the next day for a check up. All went well and the staff was pleased with the surgery results. We cannot recommend this facility and the team any higher. They answer every question, call to check on us and really care about our big boy. You cannot go wrong here.

When our cat, Buster, was diagnosed with end stage glaucoma in his left eye it felt like a punch in the gut. My husband and I were very sad to hear this news. Dr. Eng and Darius, walked us through our options. They were thoughtful and professional. They answered my eight page list of questions putting me at ease. We chose the option that was best for Buster. Enucleation. I was terrified at the idea of removing my cats eye, even though he was completely blind in it. Both Dr. Eng and Darius held my hand through the process. And they took great care of Buster. My husband and I are delighted to report that Buster is doing great. He feels so much better without the terrible pressure glaucoma presented. He's playful and interacts with our other cats again. Thank you Dr. Eng and Darius and the entire staff at VEI. You've given us the best gift ever!

I would highly recommend this clinic. My dog only has one eye and when that eye started having problems they immediately contacted me to get her scheduled ASAP. The staff is very friendly and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Telford who took care of my dog was awesome. He explained what was happening to her eye in terms I could understand. He did a great job during the surgery and my dog still has her only eye because of his surgical skills. He is very friendly and compassionate about his job and the fur babies he takes care of.

Valentina received great care. I was grateful they allowed me in with her. The building is very nice and the staff were pleasant. We were in and out pretty quick. Although I didn't answer the phone when they called (poor reception) its a nice touch to their service to receive a follow up call the next day.

This group is amazing. My dog has developed vision issues, they worked me in but still took all the time in the world with us. They even let me come in with her. I can't say enough nice things about them.
