The wait to get called into the office was a bit longer than I would have liked; however, the amount of time the doctor took with my dogs was well worth the wait. They are so caring and compassionate, we had several nurses come in just to love on my dogs, which they just loved. I would recommend Veterinary Medical & Surgical Hospital of Topeka to anyone!

My dog legitimately loves going to the vet. He gets giddy as soon as we pull in, and on our most recent visit he was so excited he literally jumped through the window of my car into the arms of the vet while I was filling out paperwork. Their staff is always friendly and professional and they really seem to car for your pet. If you have questions they take time to answer them thoroughly and make sure you're satisfied. They're also very responsive, when my bulldog suddenly got a very agitated spot under his tail they were able to get me in early the next morning despite me calling fairly late in the day.

Fighting back tears as I type! Dr. Smith and her staff are amazing. They saved my fur babies life. I'm a first time fur baby Mama. Our fur baby was having complications from a previous surgery provided by another Dr. I was seeking a Dr. who would help Leo, a Dr. I could trust! Leo needed to be seen ASAP, Alexis was whom answered my call that day. I was in distress, she listened to every detail, calmed me down and assured me I would be in good hands. Dr. Smith and her staff are excellent, they are professional, the communication is amazing. From the moment I stepped into their office, I knew we were going to be taken care of the right way. Dr. Smith & staff Leo and I are forever grateful for you all! I've provided customer service for AT&T for over twenty years, it means EVERYTHING to me.
