I was very pleased with their surgical department. My six pound dog completely fractured her metatarsal bones and had to have a very complex and expensive surgery to repair it. Worth every penny. While the healing process was long, three months, we received excellent care from the surgical department and now my dog is back to walking like she did before the surgery. It’s amazing. She’s energetic and capable of doing the same length of walks and hikes that she did before (even though we are guarded to make sure she does not get another injury). Saying that I went into this healing process knowing that there was a possibility that she would be a tripod for the rest of her life, I am beyond ecstatic. 10/10 would recommend to parents of injured pets.

Our kitty Toby was so sick we thought he might die:( After admitting Tobes and waiting for a response, we got a call from the Vet Polly Peterson. We discussed all his symptoms and she went to work with testing and observation. Dr. Peterson called us as soon as she was able to give us the results for his tests and went over a course of action to help Toby get better, including more specific tests that were pertinent to his specific case. She was so focused on Toby that we felt as if Toby was the only kitty in the hospital, even though they see a high number of emergent fur baby cases. After many thoughtful and informative conversations we all agreed on a plan of action on where and how to go on. We appreciated that even when Dr. Peterson was out of the office, Dr. Winter took the time to familiarize himself with Toby's case and made himself available for us when Toby had a scary episode on a Friday night. I know that emergency vet care is expensive but the team at VSC never performed any tests or any procedure without our consent and agreement of cost first. It'd be remiss of me not to mention the support staff at VSC. From the people who triaged and picked up our kitty from our car to the administrative people (wish I caught all their names), they are all professionals and it's obvious that they truly care about their clients and their people. They also have a team that is proficient in pet insurance billing, which is so nice when you're already preoccupied with your concern for your pet. It has been about a month since we've started working with VSC and I'm happy to say Toby is improving following all the recommendations made by Polly and VSC continues to follow up and adapt to anything that comes up to provide the best care and support we need in caring for our Tobes. Thank you, thank you. P.S They also supported us earlier this year when our Cramer was suffering from kidney failure and that's why we came back \u003c3

I went here today because my dog has been having diarrhea for the past few days and our regular vet's office was closed. Everyone I talked to at the office was friendly, and the doctor was very informative and communicative about what she thinks happened with our dog. She laid out some options for us in a way as to not have us go through unnecessary tests. I'm sure every adult everywhere has at some point experienced a sales person trying to up sale something to them. There was absolutely none of that. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

We’ve brought our dog in twice for an emergency. This place is more expensive than taking to your normal veterinarian, but that’s to be expected at an emergency clinic. It’s a bummer, but it is what it is. The second visit was the scariest, as our dog had a blockage in his intestines. He had to have an emergency surgery and all went well. They even saved what was causing the blockage to show us (our dog swallowed a squeaker from a toy). No more squeaker toys in our home! We opted for the credit plan, cause of the cost. In the end 5 star service from the front desk to the doctors, but I knocked down to 4 cause man oh mighty, it was expensive. But Walter is worth it!
