We apologize, we did not see these reviews until now. We at Vic’s Rentals strive to provide clean and comfortable homes. The issues mentioned in the previous reviews have been addressed and taken care of. We are available 24 hours a day for our in-house guest to handle any issues that may arise. And we ALWAYS take care of things right away. Please consider us for your vacation home away from home.

The house was not clean when we got there the day before Thanksgiving, and the furniture was still coming apart as was reviewed previously. Obviously the rental agent doesn’t read these reviews because she charged our credit card 1,000 for the damage to the PLEATHER couch. After calling and accusing us of ruining the furniture, which we denied, she did further investigation and discovered that the furniture was in fact already coming apart when we arrived. I’d advise against staying at any Vic’s Rental property.

Need to upgrade their furniture.the bed in the downstairs came completely off the legs.they are making enough money to replace them.I know because this is my second year here and I know what we are paying and they are well compensated.I hope they address this or else about 25-30 people who come here every October will go elswhere.
