Rep did a great job helping me get a good fit,even without having the ability to use fitting rooms. Also super happy she didn't try to over sell me on things I didn't need. She did a great job finding what I asked for and then showing me some other options to consider. I hate when it's done the other way around because I feel like they aren't listening. I appreciated it so much I spent a bit more than I had intended... it was definitely worth it! Thanks lady (that I didn't get the name of)

Great buy when they have items on sale. Due to the pandemic, they limited it to one entrance and one exit which I think is a good idea. The floors were marked for social distancing and to guide the directions of the traffic so people will not be crowded in the different areas. The store is very organized and there's frequent sanitization of frequently touched areas. The staff is very accomodating and friendly.

The store is neat and offers a great variety of merchandise. They are organized and follow Covid 19 protocol thoroughly. My three daughters and I enjoyed our holiday shopping spree there.

The quality of items got lower . The attitude of salespeople not very good. I spent over 150 in the store and I was supposed to get a free blanket but I was told that they ran out of it ..how is it possible if that promotion only started yesterday? T Unfortunately it is not first time that they do it, Last 2-3 years the service was going down and down. The workers don’t care about customers and about their job. every time I shop from that store I get disappointed. My last shopping from VS. never and ever.
