Bought a 65 dollar bra and it started coming apart after 4 months with minimal wear and because I didn’t have a receipt they wouldn’t exchange it. I could have lied and said I bought it last month, but was honest. They need a policy on their quality. This is ridiculous and the manager needs a new attitude on customer service. I will be contacting general management on this.

Because of COVID, I called this store to make sure they accept online order return. They said they do. So i went ahead and ordered my items online because they didn’t have it in store. My items arrive and there were a couple of things i needed to return. I go to the store and they said they can’t accept the return because it’s been opened. Uh.... ok? I told them, how would i know if i like a particular item if i don’t open it? The items i was trying to return are still in its original packaging. I made sure to open it as gently as possible so as not to ruin the packaging entirely. I go back home, called the VS store in Pearl City and asked them if they’d accept a return if an item’s been opened and tested, they said yes. For good measure, i called VS customer service and they said that i should have been able to make that return in store. I am so disappointed with the manager in this store.

I love this store and would of given them a 5 but found the Store Manager rude and avoided customers. The sale clerk and the young lady that help me where very helpful.

I absolutly dislike almost all of the staff. An associate named Jen totally cut me off multiple times while is was asking when the promotion 9/28 is going to start. EVERY SINGLE TIME i say 9 FOR 28 she cuts me of and says "No 8 for 28, 8 for 28, 8 for 28". So unprofessional. Ma'am let me finish my question and she didn't stop until i said okay fine its 8 for 28. So ridiculous. I ended up getting my 9 panties for 28 but overall the staff isn't helpful at all. I was asking what a "sport fleece" was and this one associate said sporting apparel. So unhelpful. Very unprofessional. I recommend going to another VS store.
