The 1st associate working in the PINK department was rude. Needs to work on her customer service. I was approached by a 2nd associate, I believe he said his name was Jesus. Really friendly and helpful.

I have stop at this store plenty of times. On their website you can see that they open at 11 am but that’s not the case. They always open after hours, not happy about that.

I was so disappointed to know that today, my mom and I were trying to purchase a bag full of amazing items. Her card then declined and the lady said “we’re not doing holds but they’d hold it as long as they could”. Which I found shocking because due to everything going on you’d think they’d hold it for us for 1. Customer satisfaction and 2. Because we already touched the items. We left not even in hour in , they already put the stuff back. We were going to wait in line if they already put it but so we asked right before we went in. And a lady said “yes it’s back there “ . We wait , got in and it wasn’t there. :( devastating . But things happen .
