I've called the dealer once, asking about my alternator for my Fiat 500, the receptionist was so rude, I couldn't believe it. Then I spoke with an employee from the Service department, he sounded like he didn't even work there, NO knowledge of part and neither of them provided anything close to the help I needed. Hoping it was just a bad day, which is completely understandable, I tried calling the dealership again today in regards to a few questions I had about some of the lights that keep turning on. Waited for five minutes just for them to hang up on me. Called back again, this time I heard a lady say something in the background and they STILL hung up on me. I highly recommend working on your customer service and bettering the way you serve our High Desert Community.
After going to every dealership in the high desert to find a newer car, I finally wen to high desert fiat. the customer service was fine but, I would still rather go somewhere else next time. They were able to get me into a used car that had a sticker price of about 12,000. I didn't have much experience with dealerships or how the sales work So, they take advantage and say that I got an awesome deal at 12,000 at %24 APR. After a while I finally learned what an APR was and how it worked. So now, after 3 years i'll end up paying up to 26,000 because of a sales rep who didn't feel like explaining anything to an inexperienced kid. Thank you Desert Fiat for making my life much worse with a loan and a car that will keep me in a deep hole for a long time. Overall, never go this dealership for anything.
I don't know if this place is even open anymore everytime I call I get forwarded to Victorville Motors. Does anyone know a place that works on Fiats in the area?

We bought a 2016 fiat 500 e hear 2 years ago it was the easiest car i buying process Eve have . Great customer service and they give back alot to our community.
Called dealership 6 times only to get hung up on each time. Service is slow due to apparently having only one technician. Had my car towd in at 730 am for a coolant/ temperature issue and was informed that there are 9 customers ahead of me and that they probably wouldn't be able to even look at it till tomorrow I'm very disappointed with this dealership. They need to hire more technicians.
