Yesterday at my first appointment with Dr. Davis and her staff I felt welcome immediately when i met Valerie at the front desk. She's really friendly and put me completely at ease. Hannah wasn't there that time but she helped me prior to the appointment by offering to fix my hearing aids. I had dropped them off and she did fix them with a smile - for free. She's great. Dr. Davis appeared quickly, and within seconds.... I was glad I had been referred to this office. They aren't JUST nice, they're also very professional, efficient and proficient. In a very short time Dr. Davis outlined a plan for me that I'm sure will make me hear better and feel better. Thanks for all you've done done for me in a short time, and in the process giving me a more positive outlook. I'm pleased to be under your office's purview, from here on out.

Everything was good from the first call to the appointment. Dr. Davis was very professional and her smile made me feel comfortable and at ease ( She went the extra mile to get a mask that you can see her face and that is something unusual for these crazy times) Very knowledgeable and thorough with everything. I left with trial devices and did not have to wait for something to come in, in a week to 10 days. Very satisfied with my visit and she was highly recommended to me by a good friend.
