My husband and I went to Subaru to look at new potential cars- we'd heard so much about Subaru and my car had recently broken down. We left a few hours later with a new Forrester. Aaron worked with us in finding the right car, he answered all questions we could think of in great detail. He was courteous and conscious, a real pleasure to work with. Since then, he has kept in touch frequently to make sure that everything is working well with the new car, something my husband and I both really appreciate.

This is only for the service department. I scheduled an appointment for 9 am on saturday. When I called to make an appointment, I was asked what time I would like to come in for my appointment. This lead me to believe they were not busy. I got there a little earlier than 9 am. First impressions were less than desirable. I dropped my car off and no one even took the initiative to grab my keys. I had to ask them if they needed my keys which I'm sure they did. Seems like they are disorganized or just dont really care. The waiting area was small compared to other dealers I've been to. Additionally there is no privacy. They talk to you about your car problems and costs right out there in the open for all to hear instead of pulling you to somewhere for a private discussion. The wait was long to have a car battery changed. About 1.5 hours in, I was ready to grab my car and leave to another dealer. But my car was already being worked at that point. Overall, the experience was mediocre. I will look for other dealers in the area for my next service.
