These people were excellent. Jason was very helpful every time we called and John took care of the installation exactly the way we wanted it.
So far Kevin’s been my only contact with Video City. We were referred to Kevin by our RV Tech. He told us whatever our satellite issue was, they could figure it out and fix it. He was right. Kevin came two different times over the coarse of a week trying to figure out our issue, which as it turns out, was an incorrectly wired fifth wheel. He felt there were those better trained at Video City to complete the rewiring job so our next contact will be Chris. Hats off to Kevin for his work, plus both our dogs fell for him. I’m guessing he’s the dog whisperer on his off days.
You folks made this experience with changing our dish on our new RV very easy and Chris did a great job. We were from out of town and had a short window to get all this done and it went great. Would highly recommend!!!!
