I wanted to wait a few weeks into my lease before writing a review so that I could give an honest opinion. I gotta say, this has been my favorite renting experience by far. From the beginning, meeting Sandy (the leasing agent), to moving and settling in, everything has been smooth sailing. Sandy is incredibly thorough and helpful with the entire onboarding process. I have never met a leasing agent like her before and really appreciate everything she did to make our move in pleasant and stress free. I just want to mention her by name and tell the company that Sandy is a phenomenal employee and deserves recognition. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, and peaceful. I really enjoy how tidy and well kept the community is. The office is on top of sending notifications out and enforcing community rules to make tenant life pleasant. My neighbors are lovely and I love the layout and apartment space. Maintenance is wonderful and very responsive. We had a few tiny fixes needed at move in and they addressed everything the next day after placing our request online. Other perks I enjoy here that other local apartments lacked. Seemingly endless hot water (my shower has never ran cold), well insulated walls ( no draft, always comfortable. Great ventilation ( no smoke or cooking fumes from neighboring units leaking in). Heat lighting in bathroom that keeps the bathroom warm as you shower and dry off. Screened windows and balcony door to keep insects out. Policies that are tenant focused and make your apartment feel like a home. I highly recommend the eaves of tysons corner and hope to stay for a long time.

Sandy in leasing is the best! She went above and beyond to help us with a quick fast change that happened when needing to switch apartments at the last second! David on the maintenance is also so great! They both are amazing with communicating different options that we have and helping us to choose what's best for our family. Highly recommend these two superstars! :)

Same day move in! The leasing staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was minimal friction getting the online account and utilities set up. Great location and price for the space, highly recommend!
Charged me 1000 dollar penalty because I was unaware of a move out condition in my contract. Very nice staff and buildings are in pretty good shape. Residents generally are not respecting COVID-19 guidelines - many do not socially distance and only a few are wearing masks, so if you are high risk do not move here. Despite these issues, still one of the better apartment communities in the area.
