Grace In Motion have been a great. When my stair-lift broke several times and I had to get new one during the pandemic. They were efficient and ensure safety during the installation. In the past, they provided maintenance to my stair-lift for years . When it came time to get a new one, there was was only one choice when I required a new lift. Great customer service and expertise in this area.

My experience was the best I have had in years. I had a very unique request. No less than eight other companies barely took the time to listen. Rick did listen and found a way to help. He offered a price, very reasonable. I agreed. His installer Brian came out and expertly installed the equipment. My sister told me Brian was professional and personable. The staff here are extremely helpful, tactful and accommodating. I rented a mobility scooter to help me travel at Christmas and I was really happy with it. I could get around on my own, keeping up with friends and family on walks and excursions. No more sitting on the sidelines for me. Renting first allowed me to determine what my needs really are. While I won't be buying the type that I rented, when I'm ready to buy, it will definitely be from Grace in Motion.
Great service on my Pride mobility electric scooter. Brian quickly determined the problem with my scooter and then fixed it immediately.
