Kaizen is great!! It's a true fight gym but has a little for everyone of any experience level. Its competetive environment we push each other and are legit, but we are patient and bring up the new guys to a good level too. It's a great place to train if your reading stop thinking about joining just do it, the sooner the better.

I miss this place! Great trainers and workout environment. I joined for only 3 months not having any formal training. I always went to the Muay Thai class. The trainers had very good fight IQ and were pretty intelligent in teaching various techniques. I joined mainly to break up the typical workday, I needed something new and exciting. This definitely filled that gap. It was always engaging and I was always learning something new. I had to leave for personal reasons, but I'm hoping to come back in a few months....
This place is great! No experience needed from kids karate to adult MMA this place is world class!
Friendly atmosphere and very financially understanding. 10/10 would bring my future kids here.
