Helpful staff, very clean establishment (something that's very much appreciated in these times of pandemic), and they definitely have clean cars. Great experiences all in all and so far I'm very happy with my purchase. Made me feel comfortable and they made sure they listened and communicated. Anything I had questions about were answered upfront. Management is great and my dealer Edward was very professional and knew how to talk to a customer. Great service!

I had originally posted an excellent review on here but removed it for a couple reasons. We bought a 2017 Toyota Highlander in October of 2020. We went with Koons Tysons Toyota because of their great reviews and the fact that they were selling the Highlander as a \certified used car\. The first issue we had was when completing the paperwork, we noticed the side panel was missing. Because we did not do our due diligence, we ended up paying for that side panel at the dealership. The second issue is when we went to put the new plates on the car, we noticed that part of where the plate goes was taped up. (Included are the pictures). Again we let this slide thinking this was a one time thing. The third and final straw was when we went to change the tires last week. The mechanic found the tire pressure sensor taped together on one of the tires., which once again we had to pay for to get replaced (Again pictures are included). Upset, we contacted the dealership via email and included pictures and what we were so upset about and have yet to receive any kind of response. We did not expect the car to be in perfect condition when we bought it seeing how we bought it used, but being a \certified used car\ comes with certain guarantees like for example, parts not being taped up. I am posting this review to make others aware to not make the same mistake we made and to make the dealership aware of the situation seeing as we cannot get a response through email.

I purchased a 2017 Mini Cooper S about a week ago. I had a great experience and customer service with Valentin. I believe I got a fair deal. I was able to work with them to come to an agreement over the phone and it saved time at the dealership. He worked with me to take care of my trade in. He was especially great with communication and made sure my new (used) mini car was in pristine condition as I took ownership. Now, I’m just waiting to get my windshield repair because it was already damage when I purchased. They are really fast in making things happen without wasting my time.

The sales experience is great and the financial manager was very personable.I love my new to me car. The main reason for the lower rating is that I have lost the peace of mind that should come with a \certified\ used car. We received the checklist that states that the transmission fluid, filters, etc. were replaced. Originally that put my mind at ease as it seems that most of the maintenance was performed prior to the car being put out for sale. I have discovered that the air and cabin filters in the car are extremely dirt and I have not even owned the car for two weeks. Overall this isn't a very expensive item to fix or a huge deal though it makes me wonder what else was missed or supposedly done. I do understand that this is an older car and it is used however If the \certified used\ commercial promises are to be believed I would have expected just a little bit better.

Valentín was awesome to work with. I saw a really great priced Toyota Highlander on Cars.com and filled out the contact form. Valentin called me within an hour and I had a test drive the next day. Loved the car, the price was great so I ended up buying it the next day. Throughout the purchase process he was kind, courteous and helpful. He definitely went out of his way getting me the necessary information I needed to make an informed decision. Would have no problem buying from him again.
