Dr. Marjorie Lee has been teaching piano to my daughter and son for many years. She is absolutely an extraordinary piano teacher around the nation. In the big DC area, she is well known for her profound professional piano knowledge and musical sensibility, but also for her effective teaching techniques from her long-time teaching experiences. Her students range from the early grades to musical doctor level of ivy colleges. Her enthusiasm, high standard requirements, work ethic and successful goal pursuit dramatically influence of all her students. She guides her students to a love of music and the joy of learning and playing piano, and also encourages and supports them to go beyond their own expectations and ability. After several years training in her studio, her students quickly improve and develop their piano knowledge and playing skills enormously. As always, thank you, Dr. Lee, for your wonderful works!

Dr. Marjorie Lee is a genius! She knows every single piece that she teaches by heart and can identify every single wrong note without the score! I am honored to be a her student and I always will be. Dr. Marjorie Lee is a very professional and exceptional piano teacher. I knew my daughter was fortunate the first time she began lessons with Dr. Lee two years ago. Dr. Lee communicates effectively, has high standards, and is very approachable. She also understands the unique characteristics of each child and adapts her teaching to each student. My daughter started taking piano lessons from Dr. Marjorie Lee in 2018. Since then, she has made enormous progress. That is all because Dr. Marjorie Lee is the best piano teacher in this region. She is very organized and approachable. She helps every student plan their recitals, festivals and competitions. She has very high standard and is very dedicated to teaching. She doesn’t only teach students how to play piano but teach them how to plan their practice, how to manage their time and how to be more successful. We are so glad to have her as my daughter’s teacher!
