They didn’t offer to wash my car (a Maserati Ghibli) which is what I would expect. When I had a Benz they always washed my car whenever I came in for service. I took it to the Bentley dealership where I bought the car to get it hand washed. I will NEVER buy another Maserati again because of the lack of customer service from a supposed luxury car dealership. They treat me like I own a cheap car. When I pay a log of money for a luxury car I expect the excellent customer service that comes with it.
