This is the absolute worst reception staff that I have ever dealt with. The receptionist lady just hung up on me for simply asking her a simple question of how can I get my results to the doctor in a different format. Not worth dealing with them at all. they only work with Virginia Ortho..... You are far better working with Fairfax MRI and Imaging Center...... they don't even deserve one star

I'm seeing so many awful reviews for the front desk staff, and I just wanted to share my experience with them. I felt as though they were all incredibly lovely and courteous and were very professional and efficient with everything I interacted with them on-from phone calls, scheduling, asking questions related to insurance, getting reports-they are all top notch. I really don't understand the negative reviews focused on the front desk staff, they're clearly doing all they can to do their job and trust me, I've met people who have not been helpful, these folks all are not that-they're doing great and deserve positive recognition.

Staff was very rude and has no empathy towards patients. They talked poorly about patients out loud. They didn’t even say hi to me when I arrived. I went there with severe abdominal pain. Before I went, I called them, and the lady on the phone told me it was okay not come with the referral because they could pull it up. When I got there, this wasn’t the case. When they couldn’t get the referral from my doctor within 30 minutes, the man that acted as office manager threatened to cancel my visit. I Left. I took myself to the ER.

Novant Tysons NEEDS better COVID 19 policies. I saw multiple things that could have been done better. They don't take people's temperatures until they are already in the small waiting room area around other people. At one point there were 6 people in cramped proximity in the waiting room. They need to work on staggering patient visits for social distancing purposes. The office made me arrive 30 minutes early to fill out lengthy paper work on an iPad. This can easily be done online to lessen the time spent in the waiting room and potential of exposure.They make you touch lockers and keys to put your belongings in. I didn't see any of these surfaces being sanitized between visits. The MRI tech was not wearing gloves when she handed me an an object that was supposed to go in my MOUTH. I will be getting future imaging done elsewhere.

Went with a friend for imaging and staff was rude. Disrespectful towards patients. Complaining about patients out loud for everyone to listen. Not caring for the health of their patients. An older lady came in extremely scared so she came with her friend. They kicked the friend out and we’re so rude to her. Heartless Do not come here
