Priority Mazda Tysons always has the best customer service! I never have a bad experience with them. My service technician Enrique was awesome, very knowledgeable and courteous. When my car ended up needing more work, he was able to set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could get on with my day. 10/10 great service!!

Bought a new Mazda3 2.5 Turbo at Priority in Feb 2021. Naim, my salesperson, was waiting for me when I arrived to test drive two different models and answered all of my questions. He even graciously showed me the different color and interior options that were available for the model and trim I was looking at but not on the lot yet by opening up other cars so I could get a first hand look. Better yet, he and the rest of the staff at Priority Mazda didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. Easily the best car buying experience I have had yet especial after dealing with high pressure sales tactics at another dealership in the area. Only wished I lived closer so I could take full advantage of the free service package they provide with each new vehicle.

The front staff have been very friendly for years, but disingenuous leadership from local management and corporate support have been unwilling to honor the statements from multiple of their employees regarding repair of their defective dashboard which has severely melted creating a safety hazard. Similar recalls and warranty work for my Hyundai have always been handled with grace, disclosed in advanced and without unexpected expiration, but this does not appear to be the case with Mazda. They comment asking for information so they can 'review the matter internally', but this has been a lie - I've sent my information to them multiple times, and they have not even bothered to reach out to me, let alone work with me to fix the safety issue.

I truly enjoy taking my vehicle to this dealership for service. The associates are always so polite, professional and courteous. They thoroughly explain the condition my car is in, what the mechanics will do and what their recommendations are. They have yet to push me to have services done unnecessarily, like other dealerships that I’ve been to in the past. I highly recommend Priority Nissan of Tysons Corner.

Enrique and his co-worker in the service department (sorry didn’t get his name) were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone had their masks on and private waiting areas ate great! I always come back because I always have a good experience!
