The SCS team did amazing work to help repair, replace, and install duct work and our furnace. Every member of the staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. And they were even flexible on the timing of the final payment upon completion of the work. I couldn't be happier with the results.
We had a dead heat pump in the dead of winter and did a lot of comparison shopping with more than ten other HVAC companies to get a replacement. Cory provided a very competitive price for a full replacement of the system. More importantly, took the time to explain the trade-offs for the various choices in the hardware we might purchase. He did some research and suggested a brand that would fit our needs exactly, and quickly responded to several questions I had about the install. He and Andrew came the next day to install the entire system, checked it for proper operation and took care of us while finishing the installation the next day. I was very impressed by his professionalism matched with the \small business\ nature of how he does it. Because he is the owner of the business and frequently does the work himself, you are dealing directly with a locally-owned business that stands by its work. Some of the larger, heavily advertised companies that I got quotes from have a lot more overhead and thus had quotes that were more than two thousand higher for almost the same system. It feels better to talk directly to the same person who answers the phones, provides the estimate, does the install, and provides the support for the system.
We have been using them for years and have always been impressed with their responsiveness, quality of work and customer focus. Cory and his crew are always extremely friendly and helpful and don't stop until the problem has been solved. I can highly recommend SCS for all your heating and ac needs.
