I went here to get facial laser treatment done with Shirin and she asked if I wanted to do laser on my forehead and I accepted but she did it with such intensity that it left scarring in multiple spots. I also have a small scar near my lips. I'm very concerned I'll have a permanent blemish now, not to mention the pain I had for a couple days afterwards. I even tried to use some anti-scarring ointment for 10 days afterwards but the damage to my skin was too severe. I contacted them to cancel my follow up appointment because the burned spots still hadn't healed and they didn't express any concern about the damage they caused or offer anything to even try to make it right. I would not recommend this place as I don't think they know how to safely and effectively use the laser machine and it seems they prioritize making money over helping customers improve their skin. Replying back to your comment: I had come to your salon a few years ago and asked you to do my forehead those times but this time you suggested to do it, I did not insist. I said yes because I never had any scarring problem before and thought it would be ok since you were offering. This time when you did it I was left with a few burns, and not just on my forehead, also on the corner of my lip. Your lack of remorse or at least an apology shows you have no commitment to customer service

I have completed multiple treatments and each time I was very satisfied. 3 friends went there as well after my recommendation and were very happy with the results.
Literally only one treatment in and my underarms became nearly hair-free. I can't wait to see what all six treatments do for it!
Got laser, eyebrows, and a facial done in one day and I loved everything! The staff was so friendly. It was my first time getting laser and my eyebrows done and the staff did a great job at making me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Solaris.
