The team member who was working was super sweet and helpful. She was working alone and was sure to let each person who was there waiting that she would be with them as soon as she could. Unfortunately they don't have many machines in stock so not many options (I blame covid!). I ended up getting a new machine and I'm sure it's gonna work out great

Before buying a Viking machine consider the turnover time if your machine needs a repair after warranty's and purchased warranty. I learned that warranty plans are limited to 3 cycles. My Epic was the top of the line machine (10Kin 2015) & I can't cover it with a purchased warranty. Due to the pandemic the turnaround repair time is very long. The machine MAY be back in a month! Perhaps repair work on other brand machines are better than having a turnover of a month. *The staff at the Viking Sewing center are well informed and knowledgeable however, this could be a deal breaker if this is your only sewing machine.*

The woman I came in Contact was kind of sending completely negative vibes about me finding someone to fix my sewing machine , she told no one fixes Kenmore and just kept going about how I might as well by a new one, but come to find out Sears fixes them after she told me they didn’t and wouldn’t. I understand you guys don’t fix them but the negative attitude and response she could have kept them to herself, it just wasn’t a pleasant visit, even if I wanted to purchase one she still had this negative attitude towards me no matter what question I asked but hey I am black so maybe that’s why the attitude was there, she even gave me attitude when I asked about possibly taking a class there it was really the I don’t want to deal with you attitude. She goes on and say well I know a lot about sewing machines no ones going to fix and they are going to charge you a lot as if I care , I’ve contacted places that fixes them and don’t charge a lot she was just nasty and wanted me to be discouraged.
