The best construction company in The Valley! Their staff was very friendly. The owners were very nice and helped throughout the construction. Very detailed work was done. This was the ONLY construction company that said YES to all of our requests! We highly recommend them!!!

I contacted this company through Facebook twice they said they would call me and they never did. My husband and I went to a open house this last weekend. My husband and the lady showing the home exchange phones the lady said she would call him that day with more details. Today is Thursday we NEVER received a call. Very unprofessional!!! We have great credit, great jobs and 20% saved for a home we wanted to build. With these few bad experiences my gut is telling me not to even try to reach out again. Unprofessional!!!!!!!! I hate to say this maybe because I only spoke English they didn’t take me seriously. Not sure.

We would, without hesitation, recommend Villa Del Sol Construction to anyone who is interested in building their dream home. My husband and I are without a doubt in love with our house! After living in our Villa Del Sol-built home for a little over 3 years, I can’t imagine living anywhere else. We extend our compliments to everyone at Villa Del Sol for both the quality of our home’s workmanship and the entire building process. Every detail of our home is perfect; I can’t help but stop and admire all the details of my home. We were so fortunate to find such an amazing team that guided us every step of the way! After hurricane Hanna made its way throughout the RGV, it left so much destruction in its path — and I was saddened when I made several rounds around my neighborhood and saw so many new homes left with very costly damages. Our home stood its ground, not a shingle out of place, our fence still standing tall, and no water leakage anywhere. Thank you for building quality homes, Villa Del Sol. Thank you Martin, Karla, Jean, Julian, and the rest of their amazing team!

When my wife and I was looking for our first new home we went to different construction companies, every single one will only bombard us with info and didnt show that they wanted to help us. It gave us the impresion that we were just another number for them. With Villa del Sol was totally different this guys have and awesome personel and service, with out mentioning selection. This guys told us we are going to help you and we will not leave you and they did the extra mile. I just have 3 words to discribe VDS Construction, Family, Excellence, Service.
