My experience was wonderful considering my circumstances. I would highly recommend that if you ever need a funeral director and need someone with much professionalism, kindness and respect Hank is it. His assistant Brian was also very kind. They made this as painless and peaceful as possible. They helped me through a most unexpected passing of my grandma just before Christmas. I was scared after the experience of another funeral home with my mother but, Hank was quite the opposite and I just couldn't have asked for more of a kind person.
