On May 23, 2019, I went to have a cracked screen repaired. If I remember correctly, it cost 204. It was finished by the time I was done with work, so I was reasonably happy as I walked out the door with my 6-month warranty on parts and labor. But, now, 10-months or so from the date of repair, my screen is failing. Technically, they did what they said they would. But I feel that the screen failing so soon after the warranty expiring is shady af.

This was the first time I visited BatteriesPlus. I needed to get my phone repaired and being from out of town I was not familiar with any local business so when I saw BatteriesPlus did phone repair I decided to give them a try since it is a widely available business. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. I made an appointment and they completed the work ahead of the promised time. The entire experience was very professional. Definitely go there if you have phone issues.
