Absolutely fabulous coaches who have created something special here. Whether you've been doing crossfit for years or never worked out a day in your life, there a place for you here. A knee injury has plagued me for years but the coaches have not only adapted movements to my abilities but helped strengthened my knee to where I can run, something I never could do before. There's no intimidation or cliques here, everyone genuinely pulls for one another and encourages each other during the workout. Grateful to the Bragg's (the owners and coaches) for creating something more than just a place to workout, this is a place where they really care about your health and well being. The people here are family.

Moved from another state and what a blessing that the owners of CrossFit Boiler Room were the first people I truly met! Amazing atmosphere, friendly people, and challenging workouts, I genuinely recommend to all ages and any fitness level.

I walked in about a year ago with the mindset of wanting to shed some weight before my wedding. I had tried many different fitness routines, and got bored very easily. I had spent lots of money on a personal trainer seeing no progress. So I decided to sign up and complete the 8 week foundations class where I found out I am terrible at everything, incredibly out of shape, and stayed sore for days. Even through the 8 weeks of feeling like I would never progress, I kept coming back after I went into the the regular classes(where I maintain the bottom of the leader board with pride). I have seen so much progress in my form, my confidence has improved, my mental health, and not only all of that I have made several friendships with like minded peopIe I cherish. CrossFit isn't for everyone, but if you are looking to improve your physical and mental health, you should definitely step out of your comfort zone and give it a try. The owners/coaches are some of the nicest most down to earth people you will meet who are there to help you succeed.
