I was very appreciative about going to Peachtree Immediate Care. Don't like hospitals....AT All!! However, the staff there at PIC are very friendly, polite, and professional. They contacted me before my appointment as a reminder; which I found very helpful. Once there, I was greeted outside in a timely manner and was out of the place in no time. Thank you for making my day so much easier. Hero's really do work in the medical field these days.

Check-in during Covid took longer than expected but once was checked in, I was seen within a few minutes. The nurses and staff were great and were working hard to keep patients moving.

All of the medical professionals are efficient and down to earth. Services were efficient, and all staff were very helpful throughout the procedures. The facility is very clean. My husband said after hearing about my experience there, including how I didn’t pass out with two different shots, “That’s the first time I’ve ever heard you speak positively about a medical facility!” The folks here are really good!

I had three children that needed to be tested for Covid. Although I had to make three separate appointments, as soon as we got there and let them know we were there, two nurses came outside and took care of my kids right away. We had results in 20 minutes and they are always very respectful and helpful. We were treated like people, not like a virus-infested family. Thank you for that.
