The staff is so rude and unfriendly. I have never had such an unpleasant experience at a library before. They closed the children's library 30 minutes early, wouldn't allow me in there, and wouldn't even go in there to get the one book I needed. My whole family has had a bad experience with the staff. I drove all the way there and hurried to get there before it closed and they wouldn't help me. It looks like years ago, the library was great, but recent reviews are similar to mine. They need to completely restaff.

I wish i could put a 0, there was the nastiest elderly woman working the desk, she has short hair, i didn’t catch her name. I’ve never had such a bad experience anywhere else. I just needed help printing something and was a bit confused on the instructions given and the women was unreasonably rude the second i walked into the building. It is shameful she is staffed there. No one wants to walk into a building and automatically being treated poorly. Shame on you VR library! Shame.
Great people, are very helpful. Always clean work area and restrooms.
My kids LOVE going to the library. It is always clean and has a decent selection. There are a few very friendly staff members, however the overall “tone” is very unfriendly, unwelcoming, and some of the staff is just rude. They also lock the doors 10 minutes early which is a huge inconvenience if all you want to do is return a video or if you’re picking up items placed on hold.
Love the atmosphere.
