Dropped package off Tuesday, paid for shipping. It's Thursday and the USPS still hasn't received my package. Called 6 times, didn't leave a message the first time but decided to call back. When I called back, sometimes they picked up and immediately hung up, other times they didn't let it go to voicemail. Update: Got a call back a bit after their closing, so up a star for that. Employee guaranteed the package went out but mentioned it may not have been scanned in by USPS. Said they would notify me of further information.

Highly Recommend! I had a large presentation that I needed to have printed which included booklets and various other items. They were so helpful with every step from printing, then professionally packaged it all up and then mailing it for me. I could not have been happier with my experience at Village Mail Center!

I love Village Mail Center, I have been going here for years. Service is great, location is very convenient. I just mailed ten Christmas presents there yesterday - any post office this time of year has 20-30 people waiting in line a head of you, Village Mail Center only took a few minutes to mail all of my packages. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the center as well.
