They should only do appointments like this. Was so easy and fast. Winters might be awful tho. I was a little late and thank goodness they were behind. Friendly and fast.

Scheduled appointment for 2.30pm and this was the people standing outside. Went in to say when my appointment was to told that my name and time would be called after the other 2 pages of names were called first. I then went to attempt to reschedule to say that I couldn't. Surely there is a better way to run this system especially in today computer era and app. This was atrocious and absolutely *hit!

Fantastic service and set up. I was called in even before my scheduled appointment time. I didn't have to wait at all. Very efficient and helpful staff. I highly recommend this location.

Faster service compared to other nearby SOS locations. I called-in around my appointment time and got my service quickly. Last time in Pontiac location, I had to wait in line for 2 hours pass my scheduled appointment time.

One benefit from the pandemic!!! The appointment system is a wonderful upgrade from waiting in line for SOS services. The staff are always friendly, processional, courteous and expedient, but now there's only a 1-5 minute wait. You just make your appointment online, show up and check-in at the door, wait in line for a miniscule amount of time, and your out of the door. Excellent experience!

Getting an appointment is terrible. The online system is not good. 1 star Once there, they were remarkably efficient. Arrived at 1:30 for a 1:40 appointment. I was out by 1:50. 5 stars

They have it down for the most part. Wait times are short and things get done fast. Most of the workers look like they hate their jobs though. Can't blame them.
