I understand we are in a pandemic however I arrived technically before their new closing time of 5PM. (Which Apple Maps says 7PM closing time and needs to be updated). They were closed up for the day and walking out before 5PM. I was told there was nothing they can do. If you’re going to close at 5PM that means anyone who comes in before 5PM should be helped. Poor customer service in my opinion-I will not be returning.

When I approached Shari at the Gateway with an unconventional idea for my wedding (No flowers, only greenery. Also, I would be providing the vintage brass and glass vases- all different shapes and sizes.) she took the job on with almost as much enthusiasm as I had. The first time I saw my bouquet, I almost cried -tears of joy of course! it was beyond what I could've imagined. She also found the perfect greens to go in each oddly-sized centerpiece, and made it all work so beautifully. My crown of greens was just gorgeous, too. I was blown away by her creativity and the overall service she provided, including all the setup and dropping off bouquets at my parents' house. Cannot recommend highly enough!
It has all varieties of plants and trees. We got all our evergreens and perennials from here. The have a good return policy too if your plants die..
Wedding planning during a pandemic is chaotic at best, and when last minute florals for my daughter's wedding were needed, I contacted the Gateway Florist and was immediately assisted. Shari was great at understanding our needs for a large floral arch and offered several different options. Additionally, she was able to take on table arrangements and additional floal pieces for the reception with very little notice. The floral arch was fantastic and everyone commented on how beautiful it was. The arrangements were extremely fresh and all deliveries were made with no issues. Shari kept in contact with me and was very responsive and easy to work with. We were extremely pleased with the service we received.
