Won’t take a product with a defect. 0% customer service. I won’t go back. -This the only way I can respond. I wasn’t rude to your people at all. I was very nice and asked for help. Your worker proceeded to tell me no then put his cell phone to his face as though I didn’t exist. Wow. -You can post very poor policies in your store all you want. What’s “unbelievable” is the policy in the first place. So that’s fine. Your right to refuse a return as it mine to leave a poor review. -I am not trying to be dramatic but, I haven’t been treated this badly by a business in long time. Thanks

The staff knows their stock well and were able to help me make an informed purchase of a new salt nic system. Any time I've asked anyone about a particular product they were quick to provide relevant info, or defer me to someone who would be able to answer my question.
